Thanks to my previous work as a construction and agricultural machinery mechanic, customer service technician in global customer service and most recently as a technical trainer, I am close to daily practice for you and know what moves our participants. Thanks to my training as a master construction and agricultural machinery mechanic, I am also aware of the theoretical and commercial aspects and we have designed our training courses in such a way that a wide range of topics can be covered in a targeted manner. Hello, my name is Uwe Ehrhardt. I am a trainer in the Doppstadt training department and have been with the company since 1993. The basis for my work as a trainer at the Doppstadt Academy is my training as an agricultural machinery fitter. Starting in elevator construction and plant engineering, I accepted the challenge at Doppstadt Umwelttechnik GmbH as a service fitter in 1993. The places where I worked were as varied and exciting around the world as the work itself. After almost 16 years as a fitter and service technician, I moved to the training team in 2009 to pass on my experience to my colleagues.
I would be very pleased if I could also welcome you personally to our training courses one day. Every day we are working on even better concepts and learning methods for you. Convince yourself!

Hello, I would like to introduce myself briefly. My name is Frank Ziems. I am married and have a grown-up daughter. I have been working for the Doppstadt company in various positions and locations since 1999. I received my training and gained my first professional experience in an agricultural and harvesting technology company, where I worked as a fitter and service technician until 1999. The focus of my activities at the various Doppstadt locations was on training and service. I also worked as an assembly manager on a transitional basis.
Between 2009 and 2015, I worked in another company for municipal technology, where I was responsible for the after-sales area. Today I work here in the company in the training department.

Good day! I am glad that you are interested in our training department and us as a team. My name is Andreas Riße. Since March 2021, I have been in charge of organizing and conducting training courses for my new colleagues as well as for our customers. My acquired degree as a master craftsman in the motor vehicle technician trade is very helpful in the trainings, because in our appointments we also show a lot of practical and practice with our conversation partners. In general, I particularly enjoy the sales courses in combination with the technical aspects.
